Ms. Gitin has 25 years experience consulting with nonprofit organizations, foundations and training centers. Maria is a coach for the Fundraising Academy for Communities of Color with Compass Point, a member of the Drucker Foundation national training team. She founded a domestic violence emergency shelter, launched a public library foundation and has guided fund development programs and capital campaigns for numerous community health centers and other nonprofits.
