Dozens of individual Executive Directors, Board Chairs, Junior Consultants and Fund Development Professionals have turned to Maria Gitin for either lengthy or brief coaching relationships to resolve workplace conflicts and to develop stronger skills in a confidential setting.
Board Chairs often contract privately with Maria in tandem with a training or retreat to better understand their volunteer leadership role and to develop stronger board-staff relationships. Confidentiality is assured.
Fundraising Academy for Communities of Color, CompassPoint
Maria Gitin, CFRE was a coach for the FACC from its inception in 2004 until its transition to the Grassroots Fundraising Institute East Bay Initiative in 2010. She worked one on one with diverse professionals to expand their leadership abilities and introduce them to fund development practices most effective in diverse communities.
